The first thing to do would be to go into Settings -> General -> Privacy. From there scroll down until you see Likes & Dislikes Turned Off, click on the green button at the bottom of the page where it says “Turn On” next to Likes & Dislikes Turned Off so then it will say “Turn Off” instead.
Another way to turn the likes and dislikes off is by adjusting your privacy settings on youtube, this can be done by going into Settings -> Privacy (you might need to scroll down) then look for Likes & Dislikes Turned Off.
Clicking on it will give you the option of turning either one or both features off. To do so, click where it says “ON” next to YouTube Likes Turned On, then change it from ON to OFF for that feature not to work anymore. The same thing with Youtube Dislike Turned On needs changing as well if you want that turned off too!
